I can't recommend it and I won't visit a third time. Seated twice in the outdoor area and each time not served, although sighting took place and hardly any guests were present. Waiting time approx. 17 minutes.

We took something out today. Despite about 10 min. Drive way, the burgers were fresh and juicy and the fries crispy. The staff is just as nice as always (before the "lockdown"). Always happy to pick it up or, if it's possible again, to eat there on site! Really highly recommended! 👍

Modern, rustic ambience. The food was terrific (especially the burgers), nice, friendly, courteous and quick service even when it was busy. An absolute recommendation for two or as a group

Very nice and cozy ambience. The food is really delicious. Everything seems to be homemade. I had a burger, sure, you can find it almost everywhere ... but this one was different. And the rest of the menu sounded good too. I couldn't make up my mind. A mixed selection. The drinks menu was also well presented. However, we would have liked to have another drink, but the staff was not very attentive and did not return our looks. I hope this is not the rule. Otherwise very nice.

The Kupferherz is a very quaint eatery with interesting dishes somewhere between traditional and Mediterranean experimental with a large selection of burgers. The food and drinks are tasty and stylishly presented. The employees are very motivated and do many meters, especially on the market square. Incidentally, the outdoor area is a real plus because it is pleasantly lit and cleanly renovated! Summarized: Top service! Eat good! Good selection of drinks! The only drawback: toilet without soap and paper and in need of cleaning in between. Can you certainly improve ... We will be back!

I had reserved a table for tonight! After some back and forth it turned out that it was not possible to get my reserved table! A communal table with 3 other strangers was offered and thankfully declined! The waiter was rude and snotty, and explained to me that a reservation means nothing else than that I get a seat and not a table for the number of people I wanted! Very friendly during Corona times !!!! Incomprehensible!!!!

After the first communication problems when ordering, we received the message after 1.5 hours that our order (4 x fillets) was unfortunately not possible - there are only 3 there. After a customer waived, we were promised that we would be the next table. Well 25 minutes later (after all the surrounding tables had been supplied with burgers) we actually got our food. Unfortunately the fillets were cold an "English" was through. The excuse was always - I'm sorry - now you can't do anything more - but if you can get a meal for over 30 € and drinks for 10 € (not even alcoholic) then it's just a shame. They then offered to make amends with coffee and schnapps - actually we had still planned for dessert - but at the late hour we jointly waived - our figure thanks.

The first time we ate there on the weekend. Equipment, location and service were very good, except for the sometimes long waiting time - it's better. Food was delicious and prices are OK for the level. Will go there again for sure.

Rump steak was unfortunately over, which can happen, then 2 of us wanted to order bloody burgers, which was also refused, because they would only cook the meat completely due to the supposed high outside temperatures. It wasn't hot that day, mind you. The vegetarian burger was a bit slack and you had to run after the sauces again. The ambience is definitely nice and the food came relatively quickly, but the 3 stars. But we wouldn't come back again now.

Not recommended 😖 I had ordered a non-alcoholic wheat beer for which I had to wait 20 minutes, but the worst thing about it was that the beer was totally watery and therefore inedible. When I told the waitress about this, he went to his boss. His answer was that it didn't matter and that I still have to pay for the drink. That should be enough as an answer

Staff very friendly. Food was really tasty and fresh. Just a small drawback .... It is much too loud to have a comfortable chat.

No hygiene concept whatsoever, no data is recorded. Tables not wiped. Only a small part of the condition wears masks. They scream and insult each other in the kitchen. You have to wait a long time for the condition.
